I have some shocking news. There is a genocide going on in Burma/Myanmar where the victims are the Muslim minority being persecuted by the Buddhist majority. But the thing that fucking pisses me off is that the Western News organizations aren't reporting this to the Western world, proving that the Western World does not give a fuck about Muslims. So far, only second rate news sites and Middle Eastern news organizations are reporting what is happening. The United Nations is being useless as usual like it always has been such as with Darfur or Rwanda and now it's doing it with Burma and the United States only gets involved with things if it makes it look good and pretty or if it involves business. Tell others about what's going on.

Here's proof:

Muslims are among the children of God along with Jews and Christians. No one with a different religious background deserves to be persecuted. Spread the word about this atrocity

I clicked on some of the links. One of the articles showed a picture of a monk with "Rohingya No" on his hand, and I'm not exactly sure what that means. Are there by chance, any links to pictures of the Burma monks using force and/or weapons to impose their will against the Muslim communities against whom are being persecuted?

Howdy there. Well, I was wondering if you could provide a specific link for me that would substantiate the claims being made, if that is not too much trouble?

I went to youtube and found this video: [link]

But in the video, I did not see Buddhist monks carrying weapons, all I saw was a bunch of guys in robes sitting around, standing around, or praying. They did show a lot of bodies and villages burning and whatnot, but for all I know, the Boogieman could have caused that. Secondly, the narrator of the video is speaking in a language that I did not understand, and whose claims I have no way of verifying even if I did, which again, leaves me with the same problem.

I don't have time to watch all the videos that Youtube has to offer, unfortunately, or I would do so, because I dislike asking for favors from others, as I feel that's a bit selfish, but since I can't seem to find what you are referring to, are you willing to direct me accordingly? I would appreciate it muchly.

Thanks for your time and patience.

The Buddhist monks are encouraging it in Burma.

Hello again! I clicked on the link you sent me. I looked at the pics they showed.... and again, I didn't see any monks physically touching anybody, or carrying weapons. Though, I did see another link towards the bottom: [link]
But that didn't show pics of monks touching anyone or carrying weapons, either.....
So I still don't have a way to validate whether or not the authors of these articles are telling the truth, and I don't like to simply 'take somebody's word for it' without images of some kind.

Again, not saying it isn't happening, because lots of things happen that I'm not aware of, but, before I buy into the theory, I'd love some photos of monks shoving someone around, or beating someone, or something, cuz I'm under the impression that there'd be at least one or two pictures of such a thing happening, especially if it's happening en masse.

I don't like to jump into a prosecution without evidence. You do understand where I'm coming from, I'm sure?

The main military is Buddhist. The monks are encouraging it. That one article I linked to said they were encouraging it. They don't have to be in battle.

I understand the article may have 'said' this or that. But, on the other hand, some sources say aliens exist, and I never see anything more than blurry pictures or bad footage from those people; should I invest my time and energy pursuing the viability of those people's claims? Additionally, while I haven't personally done any research on the matter, beyond scanning the links you yourself offered, I'm inclined to think that if I sought out alternate sources, I might be hearing the reverse of your version of this story, with the opposing team using the exact same pictures with a totally different narrative.

I mean no offense, but the fact that I am continually receiving what seems to be a lack of -concrete- evidence for anything being asserted, has me somewhat dubious about the credibility of said claims, and I feel like all the links I was provided with that offer vague proof of this or that equates with what could be considered as 'the runaround'.

That said, you have every right to post what you believe to be true, because this is a public website, and I would not hope for otherwise. But my personal opinion is that if you want to encourage critically-minded skeptics to subscribe, you might ponder backing things up a bit more thoroughly.

On my part, I'm going to take the accusations made by you and these articles with a grain of salt, and be on my way. Perhaps in the future, if I run across one of your arguments that denounces this group of people or that group of people because they are 'allegedly' oppressing some other group, and you provide data that functions in my mind as unquestionable, definitive confirmation that what you say is true, I hope I shall have the wisdom to recognize it, and support it.

Good luck to you, and in your endeavors.

Yes, this is very sad, and a lot of people would not want to believe that the so called 'peaceful' religion of Buddhism would do this?

As for the UN, they do more damage than good in many cases & are corrupt to the core.

We did get it on our media here in Australia & we have spoken against it. The Burma regime is difficult to deal with, and they don't really care.

And you are right, persecution in any form, is wrong!

Well, problem is, the Muslim fanatics have caused that, and in doing so, hurt their own. But people should realize this. Sad, but the way it is. And brother, if it was not Muslims it would be something else, people fear what they don't understand.

I have beautiful Muslim neighbours. lovely family, sweet people.
